By using our website and/or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
**1. The Service:** Alpha Divergent provides content, community, and courses for informational and educational purposes. We are not medical professionals. We always encourage seeking medical attention and communicating with primary care physicians, therapists, and psychiatrists first and foremost when you have an unanswered question about your physical and mental health.
**2. Your Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for your own progress and results. We provide the tools; you do the work. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
**3. Conduct:** Be a human. Don't spam, don't abuse, don't be a piece of shit. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community at any time for any reason, without a refund.
**4. Payments & Refunds:** All payments are processed through Stripe. For pre-sales and subscriptions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The Founding Member tier is non-refundable.
**5. Intellectual Property:** All content on the site, including the name "Alpha Divergent" and "Alpha Divergent Shadow Alchemy," is our property. You may not use it or reproduce it without our permission.
**6. Changes:** We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. It's your job to check them.
